Linda Harke, President |
Linda Harke, President - Linda comes to CVI with a background in customer service/quality control in the optical field, as well as 15 years fundraising experience. Linda worked for a national fundraising firm for 14 years, her experience encompassed all aspects of the business, including telephone fundraising, backroom tech support, management and Call Center Director of a 100 employee calling center for 3 years. She has an extensive background working with progressive nonprofits and political candidates. Also a big supporter of the labor movement, Linda was an active UAW member for 10 years, an elected union steward for all of that time, elected to the union bargaining committee several times to participate in contract negotiations, and participated in organizing drives in the northeast.

Irene L. Soucy, Treasurer |
Irene L. Soucy, Treasurer – Irene comes to CVI with over 25 years of financial management and operating systems experience in the banking industry, as well as over 7 years of fundraising experience, working for a large national fundraising company. She also has served as Treasurer for several nonprofit organizations and has been active for over 30 years in various social causes. Irene was also active in the labor movement, as a member of the UAW, and was a part of the labor contract negotiating team for several years. |

Leah Jalbert, Secretary |
Leah Jalbert, Secretary – Leah came to CVI with 6 years experience working for a national fundraising firm, raising monies for progressive nonprofits. Leah was a lead caller and fundraising coach. She also has a background in retail sales and management. Leah lives in New England with her husband and nine year old son, and is active in her local Mothers Club and a member of the PTO. |

John Boyd, Ph. D. |
John Boyd, Ph. D. - John comes to CVI with 12 years experience working with a national fundraising company. There he was a fundraiser as well as a mentor, doing campaign briefings and trainings for other callers. He has been teaching and tutoring at the college level. John has also been involved in social activism for over 20 years. |

Karl Rausch |
Karl Rausch – Karl comes to CVI with several years professional fundraising with a national company, as well as extensive sales and marketing experience. Karl is a resident of Florence, MA and has two daughters. He is also a professional musician, with a Bachelor’s Degree in music. He plays in the Clay Jazz Band and the patience and persistence he has cultivated booking his band has helped to make him a valuable member of CVI’s marketing team. |

Jon Snelling |
Jon Snelling – Following an extensive career in Investment Banking as a broker and security analyst, Jon retired to the Pioneer Valley. The condition of the environment has been and continues to be one of his top concerns. Jon joined Greenpeace as a fundraiser and campaigned around nuclear issues. After 11 years with Greenpeace, Jon joined a major national fundraising group, doing telephone fundraising for large nonprofits. Six years later, that company downsized, closing it’s office. At that point, Jon came to Collective Voice, Inc. |
